After interviewing 8 more candidates this week I can honestly say that the services Taylor Wingate provides are not an option but absolutely essential in today's job environment. The headhunter we use does nothing to prepare the prospective candidate other than a background screening and preliminary interview that focuses on prior experience. Although all the candidates I spoke with were qualified they stumbled badly on basic questions covered in your workshop.
